Under gray hair the loss of natural hair color is understood. The natural hair color thus becomes steadily lighter over the years. This natural process develops extremely slowly, whereby the appearance of gray hair can be distributed very differently. Some people get them on their temples, others find their first hairs evenly distributed.
With the herbal henna, the hair can be colored in a completely natural way.
Medical therapy against gray hair is only required if there is a loss of pigment that is not age-related. If the gray hair was caused by a shock, trauma therapy, for example, can be useful in order to process what has been experienced and to regain new courage.
However, if the affected person is still young enough, the pigments will regenerate again. If malnutrition, stress or possibly nicotine and alcohol addiction have led to demineralization and thus caused the gray hair, vital nutrition and exercise in combination with stress management training help to activate pigment production and to regenerate both the soul and the body. Many people find it extremely difficult to come to terms with gray hair.
They want to regain their former hair color, although this is generally not a problem. The trade offers the most common methods such as dyeing, adding highlights and renaturation. Overall, this is a chemical treatment of the hair, which requires intensive and regular care. If the gray hair appears due to increasing age, it is generally not treatable, but can be concealed with the help of cosmetics. Gentle hair dyes are commercially available in almost all shades.
If you don't want to use a dye for gray hair, you can also use a color care lotion. It must be used regularly, producing a natural dye (by means of a chemical reaction) that looks extremely similar to natural hair color. However, the most natural remedy for gray hair is to befriend them as a sign of authority and wisdom.
A quick help with gray hair can be found in the introduction of highlights. Blonde women in particular can skilfully hide their first gray hair in this way. With these highlights in the hair, the gray hair visually fades and the hair gains liveliness.
Here, too, the trade offers special dye sets to distribute the highlights in the hair yourself. However, perfect highlights can almost exclusively be brought in by a hairdresser, who can also help with professional color advice. As an alternative to coloring, whether with herbal (henna) or chemical hair color, the renaturation of the hair is a good option.

The hair receives a special preparation, which gives back the natural hair color a little more after each application process.
The hair absorbs melanin precursors (eumelanin) and other active ingredients. The renaturation has to be repeated several times before the gray hair is completely gone. However, the result is not permanent, so the preparation must be used long-term. In addition, not every original color can be optimally renatured.
Renaturation should not be attempted, especially with red or blonde hair, as the body's own substances that contain these shades of color cannot be artificially produced or revitalized. Only mixed tones are created.
To prevent gray hair, every person should consistently and generously supply themselves with minerals, protein and vitamins. Regular stress relief and adequate sleep are additional ways to avoid gray hair for as long as possible.
Furthermore, it can only be recommended to face gray hair with serenity. However, if you want to combat your gray hair, you need a lot of patience, as there is still no method available that can restore gray hair in the long term without problems.
Dyeing as well as tinting remains the only alternative, whereby products are to be used that care for colored hair especially and intensively. Gray hair has a much thicker structure and is often more stubborn. With intensive care it becomes elastic and shiny.
