The feeling of anger is probably familiar to everyone. Nevertheless, the different characters react differently to situations, the expression of anger can have more or less dire consequences, even cause emotional problems.
Most of the time, outbursts of anger destroy more than they cause, because due to the emotionality they can also lead to people becoming unobjective. This in turn means that relationships, whether in the private or business sector, can quickly be damaged. As much as it may cause regret afterwards, what has been said will not be forgotten and leave scratches that sometimes no longer heal. It is then no longer possible to withdraw what has been said.
Usually such an attack is expressed in the complete loss of one's own feelings. This outbreak is called an act of affect and is directed against things, people, institutions and animals. Often anger has a very specific trigger, which does not always have to be identical to the outbreak itself. Anyone who is annoyed about something for a long time and acts according to the familiar image that the drop gradually fills the barrel and causes it to overflow, can suddenly get angry at a completely insignificant incident and lose control of themselves in the process. Most of the time, an outburst of anger brings with it that the person also intensely increases his own emotionality.
However, anger can also be helpful and strengthen a person's character. Those who learn not to let themselves be disturbed, to bring their anger under control, to apply methods to avoid or at least to reduce the tantrum, will also find their way back to a harmonious balance internally. Draining the moment of excitement and holding back anger, taking the time to reflect on it, all of these have a greater chance of eventually achieving what you want.
Well-known remedies are exercises that help calm anger. Count to ten, leave the room, take a deep breath are just a few of the possibilities that can be used without having to swallow the anger. It remains important that the person affected by the anger also realizes that he has triggered anger.
If you get angry more often, you can try to write down the emotions. In this way, the trigger is better recognized, the thoughts clear up and the event is reproduced in a structured manner until it dampens the emotion. It is just as helpful to always be aware of what the person who is the target of the anger is feeling, i.e. to put yourself in their shoes. The actions can thus be better understood if they also make sense in relation to themselves.
Ultimately, there is still the alternative of sleeping over everything for one night. Once the emotions boil up, retreating isn't a bad idea. The next morning brings more calm, the problems are recognized more clearly and can then be approached more objectively.
Anger is, however, also a means of making change and being the stumbling block for problem solving. It forces us to grasp the problems and the need to find solutions. This starts the creative process so that anger also makes you productive.

By showing the anger, a creative solution can be found to better cope with the conditions and hopefully change them. Man will also learn a lot about himself in his loss of control, recognize when anger occurs, what triggers it and how he can control it.
