However, there are ways to face this problem and do something about it. Various applications and advice can be used to help alleviate the problem.
First of all, you should know that oily hair is causally associated with an oily or overactive scalp. Especially in the puberty phase, the sebum production of the glands is increased, so that oily skin also develops.
In general, you should avoid all activities that can irritate the scalp even more. It is recommended that you avoid regular and permanent chemical treatment on oily hair. This includes dyeing with ammonia-containing and aggressive agents. They irritate the scalp so much that it reacts with increased sebum production.
It should also be noted that the regular use of several care products not only weighs down the hair itself, but can also lie on the scalp. For oily hair, washing it with a mild shampoo and water that is not too hot is highly recommended. You should avoid rubbing in too hard and finish washing your hair with a cool shower. Regular hair conditioners also lead to faster oil production. After carefully toweling the hair, it is advisable not to dry the hair immediately with the hairdryer, but in the air.

It is obtained from ice age loess deposits and ground so finely that 1 gram of mineral powder has a surface area of approx. 600 square meters. As a high-quality natural product, which is rich in minerals such as calcite, feldspar, quartz, mica and dolomite, it degreases the scalp and hair. The scalp is also supplied with valuable nutrients. It is available commercially for external use in the form of powder, pastes and rinses.
Used as a hair conditioner, the powder can be purchased and used 2 to 3 times a week as needed. 1 tablespoon of powder is mixed with 1 liter of water and the hair is washed with it. Depending on the greasiness of the hair, you should let this mass act for 10 to 20 minutes until it is completely dry. Then the residues should be rinsed off with plenty of clear water.
Alternative remedies
The best way to use the healing earth as a paste is to rid the scalp of excessive fat. Here, too, an application 2 to 3 times a week is recommended as required. 5 tablespoons of healing earth powder are mixed with 10 tablespoons of water or arnica or chamomile brew to form a paste and massaged into the scalp. After an exposure time of 15 minutes, the mixture can be removed very well and thoroughly with clear and not too hot water.
Since healing clay has the property of binding fats and sebum, the result is a calmed scalp after regular use. And this is less prone to the production of new fat.
